If it is determined that a hardware replacement is necessary, you will be asked to send in a valid proof of purchase from an authorized reseller to verify the unit is within the warranty period, and to ship the unit to our service centre (postage prepaid). We will repair or, at our option, replace the product when the original unit is received at our facility.
